I’ve spent years working as an in-house broker for my family’s business in Harbor East—basically growing up surrounded by blueprints, leases, and a whole lot of coffee. Somewhere between the site tours and deal negotiations, I fell head over heels for commercial real estate. The best part? The people. There’s nothing quite like helping someone turn their dream into a storefront (and maybe sneaking in a celebratory glass of wine afterward). Carrying on my grandfather’s legacy in Harbor East feels less like work and more like a calling—just with better shoes.
